Pertamina espera desarrollar 40 MW más en Lahendong a finales de 2016

Pertamina planea agregar 40 MW adicionales gracias a las unidades 5 y 6, en su planta geotérmica de Lahendong en el norte de Sulawesi, Indonesia. Las turbinas serán proporcionados por Fuji Electric.

Tal y como se informó anteriormente en ThinkGeoEnergy, Sumitomo Corp. junto con PT rekayasa Industri y Fuji Electric ganaron una licitación para las unidades 5 y 6 del proyecto geotérmico de Lahendong de Pertamina en Indonesia.

Fuji Electric – adjudicando el contrato a través de Sumitomo – suministrará dos unidades turbinas y generadores (cada uno con una capacidad de generación de energía de 20,000kW) a PT Pertamina. La producción debe estar completada antes de finales de año 2016. 

El área geotérmica de Lahendong se encuentra en el distrito Minahasa en la provincia de Sulawesi del norte de Indonesia.

Al Lahendong Fuji Electric, en colaboración con Sumitomo Corporation y rekayasa, ha entregado con éxito tres turbinas y sus correspondientes generadores para las unidades 2, 3 y 4 de la misma planta.
